Chakra Alignment Reiki & Sound Healing Retreat

Lava Beads Creations and Shanti Reiki & Wellness have collaborated again to create the ultimate chakra balancing experience that will offer a fusion of individual reiki energy and sound healing.  

Life experiences cause fears, and insecurities that upset our energy body. When this happens, our life force or prana doesn't flow freely, it gets stuck in some areas, or maybe it doesn't receive enough energy. When this happens, your chakras are not balanced, and you are more prompt to physical and mental ailments.You can bring balance to your chakras with sound.Each chakra vibrates to a specific frequency. When you give that same frequency to your body, your chakra realigns to it, and you will get the energy you need to be vibrant and healthy.

 Participants will begin the retreat with an introduction to the chakra systems, learning about the 7 main chakras, their placement within the physical body, the elements of each Chakra and how they support us. We will also discuss what physical and emotional symptoms present themselves when a chakra is off balance or blocked. When chakras are balanced, our vital life force energy within is balanced and we feel well physically and emotionally. 

Each participant will get creative with Anick by making their own crystal chakra bracelet with crystals and lava stones beads. 

 Participants will then be guided through a short grounding meditation, followed by nurturing sound healing experience performed by Lava Beads Creations.  Sound healing is a therapy that uses sound frequencies to harmonize the mind and body of a person. There is a tremendous amount of sound instruments you can use to heal your chakras.  

During the sound healing experience, each participant will receive an individual reiki treatment focused on scanning the chakra system and providing support to chakras in need, encouraging efficient energy flow between the chakras and grounding to support balance within.  

The experience will conclude with a women’s circle where we will support, share, reflect and embrace the beauty of it all! 

 Participants will also be welcomed to explore the beautiful crystals, jewelry and many other spiritual offerings that Lava Beads Creations has created.
